Job Title: Contract Manager
Salary: Dependent upon skills and qualifications
An opportunity has arisen for a Contract Manager to be part of the Winchester and East Hants team.
This role is responsible for managing the day to day contract activities including programming and delivering the work schedule, managing and motivating the team, maintaining a positive relationship with the client and its representatives and achieving the required financial results.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organisation skills, be financially astute and a natural leader. A proactive and positive attitude is essential as well as an ability to work well under pressure. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious self-starter who is looking for their next move in a challenging role with responsibilities spanning performance, budget, safety/quality, people and relationships (with the client and our partner at Winchester, Biffa).
The role reports directly to the General Manager and will be based at the depot in Winchester.
A full driver’s licence is essential.
