BALI’s education officer, Stephen Ensell, has finished development on the BALI GoLandscape website. The website is more interactive, immersive and user-friendly. It provides helpful career advice and information for school leavers, career changers, parents, teachers, employers and career advisors.
The website has gone through months of construction, working alongside industry colleges, employers and GoLandscape Ambassadors. It now provides a real home for the work and activity taken on by Stephen and the Ambassadors to promote career opportunities across the wider landscaping sector.
The site has a slick, modern interface which is compatible across all major browsers, smartphones and tablets. It provides information about GoLandscape:
What the initiative was set-up to achieve
Its goals, aims and objectives
The work GoLandscape Ambassadors do to promote it nationwide
The website also provides visitors with a wealth of insider knowledge on career pathways into the industry. Whether that’s through apprenticeships, work placements or qualifications. As well as a talking heads section, where members, industry partners and Ambassadors share their inspirational stories with anyone considering employment within landscaping. Along with a news and events section, featuring the latest updates on GoLandscape, the website also links to the most relevant job boards for anyone looking to secure a new position within the industry.
You can visit the brand new website www.golandcape.co.uk now and sign-up to the newsletter using the appropriate sign-up box at the bottom of the homepage. You can also view more stories about the initiative and its industry work on the Pro Landscaper website.
