Ariens Company Limited has announced several changes to their sales and marketing structure.
Ariens, which includes Countax and Westwood garden tractors and ECHO outdoor power tools in its portfolio, has named John Horn as senior vice president of international sales and marketing.
He will assume the position as leader of the UK sales and marketing teams along with his other international responsibilities.
John will work closely with European manager Darren Spencer and the international leadership teams to further develop the subsidiaries located in the UK and Scandinavia.
Former UK sales manager Steve Campbell has been made product and business development manager and will report to John.
He will take responsibility for product management of the Countax, Westwood, ECHO and Ariens brands in the UK as well as leading the commercial sales efforts, identifying opportunities and supporting dealers in their relationships with commercial customers.
Ariens has also made Matt Wilson the senior area sales manager to complete John’s new team and will oversee the UK sales team on a day-to-day basis.
The company took the opportunity to redistribute the territories of the four area sales managers to complete the structure for the company’s long-term goals.
Ariens believes the changes will allow them to better focus on their sales effort and support their long-term strategic plan.
