small project BIG IMPACT Terms and Conditions

 

1. You may enter more than one category or more than one project per category. Each entry must be submitted on a separate entry form and will be charged as multiple entries.

2. All entries as well as supporting documents must be submitted by Tuesday 31 July via email to smallprojectbigimpact@eljays44.com or to our address:
Eljays44, 3 Churchill Court, 112 The Street, Rustington, West Sussex, BN16 3DA.

3. The awards are open to all industry related businesses nationally which completed their entered project before 31 March 2018.

4. The entry fee for each category is £95 + VAT with subsequent entries charged at £75 + VAT.

5. A sponsor cannot enter the category that they are sponsoring.

6. The comments made on your application form should be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

7. The judges reserve the right to move your application to another category or to add you to another category.

8. The judges’ decision is final.

9. Entrants must be available for consultation with the judges should the need arise.

10. By entering the awards you agree to partake in publicity of small project BIG IMPACT, including the use of any photography or logos you send as part of your application.

11. Should a category not receive sufficient entries, it will be withdrawn from the awards ceremony.

12. Entry is completed solely on your application form, there will be no site visits.

13. The closing date for all entries is Tuesday 31 July 2018.

14. We reserve the right to extend the deadline.

15. The awards ceremony is hosted at FutureScape which takes place at Sandown Park Racecourse, Esher on Tuesday 20 November 2018.

16. By entering the awards, you authorise us to use personal data collected during the entry process for the purpose of administering the awards, and receiving/circulating further information regarding the awards and other relevant events from time to time.

17. The judging panel will be made up of a mixture of industry professionals and experts within finance, marketing, accounting and sales. We will be extremely confidential with the information you submit and if we feel there is a conflict of interest in a category, the judge in question will not take part.
