Quadron Services’ relationship with Affinity Sutton set to continue for a further four years

Quadron Services is pleased to have been re-awarded two contracts to provide grounds maintenance services to Affinity Sutton, one of England’s largest housing associations.

The two contracts were re-awarded following a retendering process, and will see Quadron continue to provide grounds maintenance services to housing schemes in the Plymouth and Exeter areas until 2019, with the potential for a further two-year extension.

Quadron has provided grounds maintenance services to Affinity Sutton’s portfolio of properties in Plymouth and Exeter since 2012. During this time, the company has formed an excellent relationship with residents and has worked to implement improvement projects with the full involvement of the local community. These have included installing new communal raised beds for residents to grow their own flowers and vegetables, and clearing vegetation and reducing hedges to improve visibility.

Quadron’s Managing Director, Clive Ivil, said: “I am extremely pleased Quadron will be continuing its relationship with Affinity Sutton. Quadron has demonstrated its ability to provide high quality services and excellent value for money to Affinity Sutton and its residents. We look forward to building on our existing relationship with the client and continuing to deliver the high standard of service that residents have come to expect.”

Lewin Dumper, Head of Housing in Affinity Sutton’s South region, said: “We are delighted to renew our contracts with Quadron. Impressed with the quality of its maintenance service, we have also previously commissioned Quadron to undertake some of our neighbourhood investment works to improve the communal spaces on our estates. Quadron worked closely with residents on these projects, who I’m sure will be equally pleased that the contracts have been renewed.”
