Leading wealth manager, Brewin Dolphin has donated the spectacular Cocosphere sculpture that formed part of its award winning 2016 RHS Chelsea Flower Show garden to Horatio’s Garden at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Spinal Injuries Unit in Glasgow. Horatio’s Garden is a charity that creates and carefully cares for beautiful accessible gardens in NHS spinal injury centres, to provide gorgeous sanctuaries for patients and their family and friends. The Alpine Garden Society won gold at last month’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show with its exhibit titled ‘Out of the Woods’. The garden was designed by Christopher Grey-Wilson to show the great range and versatility of alpine plants, the ease of growing them and their adaptability in gardens of all sizes.
