Landscaper wins at Nectar Business Small Business Awards 2013

St. Albans business acknowledged for its passion and dedication

On Wednesday 4 September 2013, female entrepreneur and advisor on BBC One’s Apprentice Karren Brady, presented James Lanwarne, founder of St. Albans business, Lanwarne Landscapes, with the ‘Tradesperson of the Year’ prize at the Nectar Business Small Business Awards 2013, which was held at Kettners in London.

Lanwarne Landscapes beat hundreds of small businesses, to claim the prize of £2,000 cash, 50,000 Nectar points and the prestigious title. The business was judged by a panel of business experts, including Chris Li, founder of Luxury For Less, James Frost, Nectar Marketing Director and Karren Brady, who James Lanwarnewill have the opportunity to meet and get business advice from.

Lanwarne Landscapes is an award winning company offering four main services: landscape and garden design, construction, horticulture and consultancy. All four aspects work together as one package or individually, depending on the clients’ requirements. Private home owners are its primary market and its customers rate the company’s service as outstanding.

James Lanwarne won the Tradesperson of the Year award thanks to his passion and dedication. He has a real commitment to exceeding customer expectations, which has led to over 80 per cent of the company’s business coming from recommendations or returning clients.
