BALI set to launch new enquiry pack at Ecobuild 2017

The British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI), the leading trade association in the UK for landscape contractors, garden designers, grounds maintenance contractors and suppliers of industry products and services, is returning to Ecobuild this March, where it will take up position amongst similar green infrastructure and biodiversity organisations and registered affiliate members such as Green-tech, SureSet UK, Mobilane UK, Ronacrete, Addagrip Terraco and Ecoscape UK.

Established in 1972 with a combined membership of over 850 paying members, BALI will be looking to sign up new Architects, Consultants and Contracting members, with over 33,000 attendees expected over the three-day show starting on 7 March.

BALI’s stand F193 will feature a selection of BALI Registered member products and displays, designed to promote sustainability and green infrastructure excellence, including exquisite Topiary; including Ligistrum and Buxus plants, courtesy of BALI Registered Affiliate member Boningale Nurseries and a free-standing, dual sided LiveDivider system from Registered Affiliate Mobilane, which offers both privacy and a feeling of wellbeing in any indoor environment, with individual cassettes holding a selection of indoor plant varieties that reduce carbon monoxide and pollutant particles.

BALI’s marketing and communications manager, Darren Taylor, commented: “Ecobuild is an important event in the industry calendar, particularly for BALI as it provides an ideal platform to promote our members to a targeted audience made up of high profile specifiers and decision makers from Local Authority, Architects and Contracting firms around the London area and the rest of the UK. BALI’s Who’s Who Landscaping Directory 2017 will be available to those who wish to find a local BALI Registered member in their area, and is an invaluable tool when looking for professionally vetted contractor, garden designer and affiliate members, filtered down by region and discipline.”

He continued: “For anyone visiting the BALI stand (F193) over the three days, our sales and marketing team will be on-hand to provide expert support and professional guidance to organisations or individuals looking for BALI members to carry out their landscaping, maintenance or design requirements, or, for those that wish to enquire about joining themselves. We will be launching our new enquiry packs at the show, so look out for those if you plan to stop by the stand.”

BALI’s new enquiry pack for 2017 is sponsored by BALI Registered Affiliate Tarmac Topsport, who will be launching their new brand Topscape. Topscape is the specialist landscaping materials division of Tarmac and supplies a range of topsoil, subsoil, rootzone, fibre reinforced Loksand, drainage gravels and pathway materials for constructing and maintaining landscaping and leisure projects.

All visitors to the BALI stand (F193) over the three days will also get the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win a deluxe food and drink hamper courtesy of BALI Registered Affiliate member British Sugar TOPSOIL. Just drop your business card off on the stand and place an enquiry with the team to enter. The hamper includes a selection of sustainable products from some of the world’s most recognisable brands including Silver Spoon and Twinning; part of the British Sugar family.

BALI was also contacted by Ecobuild to help locate Registered members who could secure landscaping materials to complete its Regeneration Drive project; a central feature which runs through the heart of the show and acts as the main draw for this year’s visitors and is a complete reproduction of a typical urban boulevard, including buildings and landscape structures.

Ecobuild runs from March 7 to March 9 at London’s ExCel, with free registration for show visitors. Visit www.ecobuild.co.uk for further details.
