Award winning landscape company to expand maintenance division

Seasoned Chelsea exhibitor and multi-award winning landscaper Mark Gregory is expanding his grounds maintenance operation.

Since 2003, Gregory, who is well known throughout the landscaping industry for the high quality work produced by his construction company Landform Consultants, has also been operating a sister company specialising in high quality garden and grounds maintenance. In response to a growing demand from high end consumers, Gregory believes that the time is now right to substantially increase sales. Neville Stein from Ovation Business Consultants will be coaching Gregory and his Maintenance Manager, Alex Marsh in implementing a new growth strategy for the maintenance company in the south of England.

Marsh, who has been working with Gregory for ten years commented; “From the feedback we get it appears that our customers think that we provide a really good maintenance service to a high specification so it’s about time we capitalised on this and grew the business”. With guidance from Stein, Marsh will be targeting high end consumers in their existing catchment area and looking to establish new markets in the commercial maintenance sector. To enable them to meet growing demand the company will be expanding their workforce and are currently embarking on the recruitment process to employ more skilled maintenance gardeners.

Stein commented; “This is an exciting opportunity to assist one of our industry’s leading companies and I am looking forward to working with its highly motivated and enthusiastic team.”

Mark Gregory will be a panellist on The Beauty is in the Build at FutureScape event (www.futurescapeevent.com) on Tuesday 17th November where he will be able to answer any questions from the audience.
